Finding the balance between science and nature

As Amor et Psyché candles are made using EcoSoya Wax and Eco Wicks, we are often asked if all of our products are natural. The answer to this is no. If we used 100% Natural scents it would mean the price of our products would go up immensely. The benefits just don't out-way the negatives enough for this to be justifiable.

You need 3.5 million blossoms of Jasmine to yield one pound of essential oil. This makes every drop unbelievably precious and incredibly expensive... And you need a lot more than one drop per candle. The farms must be stringently guarded and all crops must produce the same quality of flower every year, which is no mean feat. That said, the process of creating a perfume in a laboratory takes a lot of expertise and plenty of time. Amor et Psyché aim to find a natural balance between science and nature when making all of our products.
